The longer I live, the more I want to improve. I regularly discover things about myself that could use a little (or a lot) . . . let’s say, “touching up.”

As I discover, learn, and grow, I want to share every helpful nugget of knowledge I acquire with those around me, especially those in whom I perceive to have similar need(s).

I decided that instead of hunting everyone down and pestering them with the latest and greatest thing I read, heard, saw, or experienced, maybe I should create a place where we could all grow together.

The goal of SharperLeaders.com is to be a routine stop for aspiring leaders to explore, improve, and help. You, the Sharper Leader, will essentially drive the possibilities of SharperLeaders.com.

- Explore (profiles, stories, books, blogs, podcasts, quotes, websites, movies, songs, etc.)

- Improve (Our own abilities to lead, follow, learn, share, and grow.)

- Sharpen (Ourselves and other leaders.)

I’m confident that you noticed I said, “aspiring leaders.” I understand you may know and have experienced abundantly more than I and most other leaders who visit this site. Here’s the truth: It does not matter if you aspire to be a leader in the future or have been one for over 50 years; true leaders are always “aspiring.”

Whether I come across as a know-it-all or not, I realize that I have a lot to learn. Whether you believe you know it all or not, you have a lot to learn. As a leader, my goal is to lead well, become sharper, and create other sharper leaders.
