Like you, I’ve walked through the highs and crawled through the lows of leadership. I’ve listened, encouraged, and knelt with others who’ve been beaten down as leaders or by leaders. And I’ve tried to remind people of a hidden superpower we all have: Choice.

Some folks want and appreciate help. Others are about as interested in it as my wonderful wife, Leslie, is in giving up dark chocolate—and that’s okay. This site wasn’t built for everyone.
