Till death do us part . . . Let’s go!

Pick up! . . . Nah . . . Being a chef is great, but I need something tougher . . .

Ooorah!! . . . Thrilling, but there’s something else stirring within.

Serve . . . and feed . . . thousands of students a day . . . Fulfilling, but this isn’t it either.

This is Sparta! . . . Now we’re talking! Challenging, but who’s coming with me?

Listen up! I’ve got something to say.

On the line! . . . Let’s go men!

Who is William Walker?

Husband, father, chef, Marine, academia, adventurer, podcaster, leadership and fitness coach, . . . The list goes on and on.

Walking into the eclectic coffee shop in Auburn, AL, you may very likely see one man meticulously carving other men into leaders and not even realize what you’re witnessing. Within the coffee shop, he uses a laser-precision approach. In the gym or on the trails, he may utilize a dynamite approach.

William Walker had a plan.

“10 years.” That was the plan. William told his wife he would work for Auburn University for 10 years and then go do what he was meant to do.

William walked away from a thriving career because God had been preparing and calling him to be a Trailblazer.

At the culmination of his ten-year commitment, he didn’t waffle back and forth. He didn’t pace the house, asking, “Are you sure, God?” He split! He departed because he trusted the vision the Lord put on his heart.

What does William do now? What he’s been doing all along, but he’s far more intentional and focused than ever before. William is sharpening men into leaders on a whole new level.

William is a Sharper Leader who pushes, pulls, and leads men to discover the absolute best versions of themselves. He uses a lifetime collection of trainings, talents, toughness, and tenacity to turn men into Sharper Leaders. (That’s probably too many t’s in one sentence.)

Are you intentional in your leadership development?

Are you intentional about inviting and developing others who are on your trail?

What’s keeping you from walking away from the good to pursue the great?

Sharper Leader:

- Do you need a leadership coach to help you focus your goals?

- How can you invest in yourself so you can intentionally invest in others?

Lead. Learn. Grow.
